212-214 Market Street, 29 apartments with retail, approved in Brighton
212-214 Market Street, a new 5-story building featuring 29 apartment residences with 1,045 square feet of ground-floor retail, was approved at last Thursday (March 16th)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. The developer will contribute $24,000 in community benefits as part of the project. Construction of 212-214 Market Street is expected to commence in Spring or Summer 2016, with completion expected in Fall 2018.
