212-214 Market Street in Brighton receives final approval, changes from apartments to condos
The City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has approved 212-214 Market Street, allowing construction of the mixed-use building to begin. While initially conceived as an apartment development, 212-214 Market Street will now feature 29 condominium residences. The building's 1,045 square foot ground-floor retail component remains unchanged. Construction of 212-214 Market Street is expected to commence by this Summer, with completion expected in Fall 2018.
