212 Stuart Street Tops Off in Bay Village
Construction on 212 Stuart Street has topped off in Bay Village with the building’s base structure now complete. The approved 19-story tower will feature 130 residential rental apartments with approximately 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
“The team conducted extensive studies of the texture of Bay village, the upright ironwork on the windows, materiality and color of the brick,” said principal Victor Vizgaitis, AIA, on the Sasaki team. “All of that was taken into consideration and translated into different aspects of the design, especially where the building meets the ground.”
