Two Financial Center Update 12/13/24

21K SF Of Leather District Office Approved to be Converted to Lab Space

Nan Fung Life Sciences Real Estate has won approval for the renovation and partial conversion of portions of 2 Financial Center to accommodate research laboratory use by life sciences tenants. Plans call for the conversion of four floors of the building from the current office use to a mix of office and Bio-Safety Level 2 (BSL-2) research laboratory use. New mechanical equipment will also be installed on the rooftop to serve the new lab space and renovations will comply with the new stretch energy code.
