$21M Permit Pulled for BOA Offices at 100 Federal
A permit valued at $21,576,000 has been pulled for renovations to the Bank of America Offices at 100 Federal Street. The work will include demolition of the existing space plus new ACT, lighting, drywall, and all new finish work. As part of the project, a new interconnecting stair will be added between the 10th & 11th floors. Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm updates will also be needed to accommodate these upgrades.
