22,000 SF Lease Inked at Stony Brook Office Park in Waltham
Olink Proteomics has signed a lease for 22,000 SF of lab space at the Stony Brook Office Park in Waltham. The 270,000 SF office park is undergoing a conversion of 100,000 SF into life science lab space, spearheaded by a Quincy-based property development firm. Olink Proteomics' space will be complete by mid-September.
