General contractor, , has just topped out a 22-story residential tower at 15 West 96th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Developed by , the tower will contain luxury condo units. Tenant amenities are to include a residential lounge, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, and an area for bicycle storage.
Designed by , 15 West 96th stands feet tall and will total square feet. Construction is estimated to complete by the earlier half of 2023.
