220 Huntington Ave Now Under Official Review
The Boston Planning and Development Agency has officially begun reviewing plans for a 351,000 SF mixed-use building on the former Midtown Hotel.
National Development proposes 325 residential units for the site, with 153 below-grade parking spaces and room for 325 bicycle storage spaces. The new building, approximately 351,000 SF, would face Christian Science Center Plaza and feature 11,000 SF of ground-floor amenity space.
