2220 11th Nears Completion
The project located at 2220 11th St. is nearing completion. The construction team has hung drywall on floors 4-6, finished trades (paint, tile, cabinets) have started on the first floor, and all utilities are complete.

When completed, the 60-unit residential building will feature units with an average size of 450 SF and offer junior one-bedrooms.
The building features amenities like a rooftop lounge and terraces, a fitness center, a bicycle room, an Amazon package hub and refrigerated storage for grocery delivery.
The development will also include nine rear surface parking spaces.
