226 Causeway Street Acquired for $107 Million
Dallas-based, Rockpoint Group, has acquired the property at 226 Causeway Street from Invesco Real Estate for $107 million.
The property last traded hands in 2015 when Invesco Real Estate paid $91.65 million for the building. The property features a 194,000 square-foot mixed-use building that was constructed in 1906. The building sits adjacent to the TD Garden and the highly-anticipated Hub On Causeway development.
