$23 Million Approved in TIF for Casa Yucatan
$23 million in TIF has been approved by the CDC for an affordable housing development in Pilsen planned by The Resurrection Project. The 8-story residential building will include 98 apartments and 20 on-site parking spaces. Plans also include community and other programming spaces for The Resurrection Project, a rooftop deck with green space and an outdoor plaza.
