23 new apartments proposed at One Newcomb Place in South End
Developers Boston Real Estate Collaborative and Urban Core Development propose to construct a distinctive new 6-story, 23-residence apartment building at One Newcomb Place in the South End, which would be built by Haycon. The development team has filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) for the project with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project plans.
