23 new condominiums approved at 114 Orleans Street in East Boston
114 Orleans Street, a new residential building in East Boston featuring 23 condominiums, was approved at today’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. The $5.55 million building will feature 11 one-bedroom units and 12 two bedroom residences. Construction of 114 Orleans Street is anticipated to commence in Spring 2018. The building will now go before the City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for review; ZBA approval will be required in order for the building to proceed with construction.
