23 new condos proposed in East Boston's Maverick Square
City Real Estate Development Corporation proposes to construct a new 5-story building at 114 Orleans Street in East Boston's Maverick Square featuring 23 for-sale condominium residences. City acquired the 7,510-square-foot land parcel, on which currently stands a 2,220-square-foot single-story building home to an auto repair shop, in August 2016 for $1.135 million. City has filed plans for the proposed building with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project.
