23 Unit Affordable Housing Project Proposed in Dorchester
Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation has filed a small project review application for a 23 unit affordable housing development at 5-29 New England Ave. in Dorchester. The project would also include 12 parking spaces along with a 750 square foot community room. The site is located in Dorchester's Codman Square, just a few minutes from Talbot Ave. Commuter Rail Station.
