232K SF Lab Fitout Begins at 321 Harrison Avenue
A Wilmington-based contractor has pulled a construction permit valued at $1,320,000 for a lab fitout of 321 Harrison Avenue, kicking off the lab conversion of the under-construction development. A notice of project change was approved for 232,000 SF of life science space for the building in July. The development will feature BioSafety Level 3 lab and research uses with 11 stories of open floor plates.
