233 Residential Units Under Review for Stevenson - Metrogrove Properties
Craftmark Homes has filed a Schematic Development Plan application for 233 residential units which include two-over-two condominiums and townhouses on an 18+ acre site. The plan also includes a community amenity area. The Project will be developed in five thoughtfully planned development blocks. A Sketch Plan Application for the site was approved in June 2022 that allowed for up to 287 dwelling units of various residential types, including townhouse, 2-over-2 stacked townhouse condominiums, and potentially triplexes.
