$23M Loan Secured for Phase 2 Alewife Development
secured a loan valued at $23,424,000 for the Concord 605 in a deal brokered by FinanceBoston. The second phase of development, Concord 605 will feature 49 residential units across a 6-story, 53,551 SF of envelope near Alewife in Cambridge. Additionally, the project will feature 2,500 SF of ground-floor retail.
