244 Unit Multifamily Project Approved in Gaithersburg
The Gaithersburg Planning Commission has approved the planned multifamily project at 333 Ellington Boulevard. The new building would feature 244 apartments, a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms with parking for 310 vehicles. Plans also call for 2 private interior courtyards featuring a pool, fire pits, and lounge areas. Per project docs construction is expected to kick off this coming January and last through summer 2024.
