$25 Million in Financing Secured for Watertown Mills Development
PSCD Trinity, LLC secured financing for $25,000,000 from Service Federal Credit Union for the Watermills at Bridgeport at 230, 240, and 250 Pleasant Street in Watertown. The upcoming mixed-use development will feature 99 residential units and 18,000 SF of commercial space across two 3-story buildings connected with a bridge.
