25-Story Miami Tower Files for Tree Permit
Plaza Equity Partners has filed a tree removal permit for 6001 Northeast 2nd Avenue. The firm filed for a separate demolition permit on the site back in July.
The 6.11-acre lot has approved plans for a 25-story residential tower. The 349-unit tower will feature 522,806 square feet of space, including 13,010 feet of retail, and a parking garage with 393 spaces.
