25-Unit Development on Combined Parcels Under Review for Newton Highlands
Newton Walnut, LLC - a subsidiary of Heritage Equity - has proposed a 25-unit development for two fully occupied parcels in the Newton Highlands section of Newton. Plans call for a rezoning of two parcels at 1149-1151 Walnut Street to allow the development of a 44-foot, 25-unit, 10,169 building. The original proposal reduced the number of units by one to allow for natural light at street-level.
