250-Unit Proposed for Columbia Pike
Plans have been filed for a 250-unit multifamily building with ground floor retail. Currently the site of the Bank of America office building, the proposal would raze the existing structure and replace it with a six-story, 250-unit multifamily building.
The building would feature a central courtyard and 287 parking spaces on 2 and a half below grade levels.
Marcus Partners filed the proposal for the development.
