254 Units Proposed for Packard's Corner in Allston
City Realty Boston has submitted plans for a new 16-story residential development near Packard's Corner in Allston. The proposal calls for a 221,155 SF residential building featuring 254 units and 63 parking spaces. The building will also include a concierge, a large lobby, a bike room, and various amenity spaces.
