$25M Building Permit Pulled for JP Affordable Housing Development
A permit valued at $25M has been pulled by Urban Edge to start construction on the new multi-family project at 137 Amory Street in Jamaica Plain. The building will feature 62 rental units designated affordable from 30-60%. The building will be constructed on what is currently a surface parking and will include indoor bike storage, laundry facilities, and a community room.
