26-Story Mixed-Use Approved in LIC
A 26-story, mixed-use development, proposed for 25-01 Queens Plaza North in Long Island City has just been approved by the NYC Mayor's Office. The verdict comes roughly half a year after the project's developer, , submitted an application seeking an authorization and easement certification to facilitate the build.
The building is set to contain rental apartments. Approximately of these will be reserved for affordable housing, with the rest of the units listed at market rate.
In addition to residential units, the ground floor of the structure will offer square feet of retail space.
Designed by , with contracting efforts to be lead by , 25-01 Queens Plaza North will stand feet tall and total square feet.
