262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway condominiums in Cambridge top off, interior concrete pouring and framing underway
262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway’s 7-story steel frame has topped off, and concrete pouring and framing of individual units are both underway inside. The building perimeter is entirely wrapped with a protective weather barrier, which is essential to allow interior work to continue throughout cold New England winters. Metal balcony frames have been installed along 262 Monsignor O'Brien's facade. Located a short walk from the Lechmere MBTA Green Line station, 262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway will feature 55 luxurious condominiums opening this Fall.
