$26M Construction Loan Granted to Developers For Clara Bay Harbor Phase 1 in Bay Harbor Islands, Fl
Developers have recently secured a $26 million construction loan to start building phase 1 of a three-building residential development called Clara Bay Harbor. The development will be located at 1145 100th Street in Bay Harbor Islands, Fl, featuring 150 residences and amenities with crews planning to break ground in March 2023.
The project will be built in three phases with the first phase planning to build the first of three six-story buildings. The structure will offer 28 two-to-five-bedroom rental residences, a parking garage, and rooftop space with amenities that include a swimming pool, exercise area, and sundeck. The other two buildings will break ground later this year.
The entire master plan is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
