$26M Construction Loan Issued to Approved Wilmington Development Site
has secured a construction loan from Metro Credit Union valued at $23,331,237 for 203 Lowell Street in Wilmington in a deal brokered by Colliers.
Approved for development in 2020, plans call for a SF mixed-use redevelopment of a 2-acre site at the corner of Lowell and Woburn streets featuring a commercial bank development and nearly 60 residential units.
