27-19 Thomson Ave Completes in LIC
General contractor, , has completed the construction of a 10-story mixed-use building, at 27-19 Thomson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens.
Developed by , the building will be known as "Trio". It will contain approximately luxury residences, with high-end wood and marble finishings. Corner units will also feature private balconies.
Tenant amenities are to include an outdoor rooftop terrace with a BBQ station, a fitness center, a resident lounge, a bike storage area, a package room, and a media/entertainment room.
In addition to residential units, the building offers square feet of retail space, located on the bottom two floors. Designed by , the structure totals square feet altogether and stands feet tall.
This project is one of many across Long Island City that is contributing to the redevelopment of the neighborhood; collectively redefining it as the trendy and youthful part of Queens.
