27-Unit Fenway Micro-Unit Multifamily Project Approved for Development
A Fenway-based developer won approval for a new 27-unit project for the Fenway plot at 72 Burbank Terrace. The project, developed in line with the City’s Compact Living Policy pilot, will feature compact units, common and storage space, bike parking facilities, and no car parking spaces.
