27 Unit Project Proposed in East Boston
A five-story, 27 unit residential project has been proposed at 28-30 Geneva Avenue in East Boston. The project is located just a few blocks from Maverick square and would replace two existing commercial buildings. Along with a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units the plans also call for 19 parking spaces. The development team hopes to start construction this summer.
