3130 Langston Boulevard Update 08/14/24

276 Unit Project Proposed in Arlington

Rooney Properties has proposed a 12-story mixed-use project at 3130 Langston Boulevard, the current home to a Walgreens pharmacy. The new building would offer 276 apartments with ground floor retail and a 300+ space parking garage. Amenities will include a pool deck, pocket park and dog run.
