$27M Stop-Gap Financing Approved for Tidewater Landing Project
Commerce Rhode Island has approved a $27,000,000 financing package of tax incentives to cover the rising construction costs for Tidewater Landing in Pawtucket. Additionally, has announced a foundation groundbreaking for August 12th.
The 25-acre project will feature 5 mixed-use buildings containing 60,000 SF of commercial space, SF of retail and restaurant space, and 435 residential units as well a 200-key hotel centered around a soccer field.
