28-Story Mixed-Use Building Tops Out in West Harlem
Construction crews have topped out the concrete superstructure of a 28-story, mixed-use development, going up at 1440 Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan's West Harlem neighborhood. Facade installation is also underway at this time.
Developed and constructed by , the building will contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for 32,553 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
