28-Story Mixed-Use Tower Tops Out in New Rochelle

General contractor, , has just topped out the concrete superstructure of a 28-story mixed-use development, going up at 28 South Division Street in New Rochelle, New York.

Developed by and known as "Two Clinton Park", the tower is the sister building to One Clinton Park; another mixed-use tower, located across the street. Also developed by RXR, One Clinton Park opened its doors during the summer of last year and is now nearly 60% leased.

Two Clinton Park is set to contain luxury rental apartments, available in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations. In addition to residential units, plans call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.

The building will also feature roughly 24,000 square feet of tenant amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a bike and yoga studio, an outdoor lounge with grilling stations, an indoor resident lounge, a speakeasy, a children's playroom, a coworking area, a dog park + pet spa, and a public plaza.

Designed by , Two Clinton Park will total square feet upon completion. Construction broke ground back in November of 2021, and we can realistically expect work to finish sometime within the next 12-18 months.
