General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 12-story, mixed-use project, going up at 280 8th Avenue in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments, with 28 units to be dedicated to affordable housing. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, 511 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, and a rear yard.
