287 Unit Affordable Project Approved in the Bronx
Catholic Homes has won approval from the NYC Planning Commission and City Council for the proposed 11 story multifamily building at 1949 Bathgate Avenue in the Bronx. The new building on the site of the former St. Joseph's church would include 287 affordable residences.
