287 Units Approved for Walter Reed Site
Toll Brothers has won approval for a multifamily building on Parcel L within the Parks at Walter Reed site. The project will include 287 units with 192 parking spaces. Due to its location within the Walter Reed Historic District, the development team has worked closely with staff from the Historic Preservation Office to refine an elegant design that is comprised of high-quality materials and is compatible with the history of the area.
