288 4th Avenue Tops Out in Gowanus
Construction crews have topped out the concrete superstructure of a 14-story, mixed-use project, going up at 288 4th Avenue in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood.
Developed by Joseph Vogel, under the entity, Crown 286 4th Ave LLC, the building is set to contain rental apartments, and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for a cellar level, as well as a public terrace and a recreation area, located on the second floor.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is anticipated to complete by the winter of 2025.
