29 Affordable Units Planned for Truxton Circle Site
Mi Casa is planning a 4-story affordable apartment community on the vacant city-owned land at 10 Q Street NW. Plans call for 29 apartments along with an art gallery and community meeting space. The developer intends to provide a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with over 75% of units being “family-sized” at two and three bedrooms. The units will provide a balanced mix of rental housing for a range of incomes below 30% AMI to 50% and 80% AMI.
