29 single-family homes proposed in West Roxbury
CAD Builders, LLC proposes to construct 29 single-family homes at 23-52 Willet Street in West Roxbury, a short distance from Roslindale Village. The proposed 75,400-square-foot residential project would be built on 7.75 acres of vacant land, complete with a new street and associated infrastructure. CAD has filed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) to construct the proposed project, and will reveal additional details in a Project Notification Form (PNF) filing in the coming months.
