290-Unit Haverhill Development Under Review Officially Named 'The Beck'
The Procopio Companies has officially named their redevelopment project at 19 Railroad Avenue in Haverhill "The Beck." The company filed plans for a two-building development featuring 290 residential units and 6,750 SF of retail space on the Merrimack River just opposite of Downtown Haverhill. Development is expected to kick off this fall.
