$2M Fit-out Permit Pulled for 9 Channel Center
A fit-out permit valued at just over $2M has been pulled for the 6th and 7th floors at 9 Channel Center in Fort Point. The permit calls for new finishes including, flooring, glass, and paint along with MEP upgrades.
