A fast track permit has been issued to 200 Clarendon for a $2,000,000 office renovation of the 36th and 37th floors. Plans call for 7 phone rooms, 2 offices, one conference room, and millwork with new finishes as part of the outfit.
The tallest building in New England at 790 feet, 200 Clarendon Street features 1,700,000 SF of Class-A office space.
