$2M Permit Pulled For Change of Use at 1530 Tremont St.
A permit has been pulled for renovations that will convert the building at 1530 Tremont Street from a store and 3 family to a community center for Sociedad Latina. The project will include new windows, upgraded electrical and plumbing plus space the addition of space for a new elevator/elevator shaft. The permit valued at over $2M was pulled by the owner's project manager, Pinck & Co.
