$2M Permit Pulled for New Guests Rooms at Copley Square Hotel
A permit valued at $2,022,987.00 has been pulled to convert the existing meeting area and suites at the Copley Square Hotel into new guest rooms. The project will include select demolition, new millwork, flooring, and MEPs. The historic 7-story hotel currently includes 143 guest rooms. Hawkins Way Capital acquired the property for $66 million in November 2019.
