2nd & 3rd Buildings Approved for Revere Side of Suffolk Downs
The City of Revere has approved site plans for both Building R-2 & R-3 at Suffolk Downs. Building R2 is set to be a 6-story hotel with 159 rooms and first-floor retail space. The R-3 Building will range in height from 8 to 15 stories and feature 335,000 square feet of residential space. The first floor of the building will consist feature over 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. This building would also include 3 levels of parking, a total of 191 spaces.
