A master electrical permit valued at $3.5M has been pulled for The Landing of Alexandria, Virginia. The senior living project will include 163 apartments for independent and assisted living. Located on 1.4 acres in the Potomac Yard section of National Landing, the community will feature abundant amenities such as a spa and salon, wellness and fitness center, restaurants, activity spaces, and resident lounges. Completion is expected in 2022.
