3 Building Multi-Family Proposed to Replace Tysons Office Building
A 3 building, multifamily project has been proposed for the 5.42 acre site at 1953 Gallows Raod In Tysons. The project would include 2 condo buildings with a total of 86 units in Phase 1 with a 5-story multifamily building in Phase 2 to include up to 260 units. The existing office building would remain on the site during Phase 1 but then be demolished to make way for the larger building.
